Terrible PEP service

You know today I have had it with the service at PEP Clothing, Cosmo Mall. It's like they really don't care about their customers. This is my 5th Bad, no terrible experience. I went there today to do a deposit and guess what the system is off line. After spending 20min in a queue. I requested to speak to a manager who came with an angry 😡 face as if she is ready for war. Sometimes honestly they just say offline to avoid the time spent to do a deposit transaction. If you are a manager Lebo be approachable and friendly. It does not take away a cent from your pocket!!!
