Terrible experience at Pep cell
On the 25/03/2020 I bought a STYLO S50J at pep cell in Nkomo village complex pretoria west. On the 06/11/2020 I send the phone back to the store because it was not charging and couldn't switch on the teller booked my phone as follows;
Booking date - 2020/11/06 Purchase date - 2020/03/25 Warranty - 12 months Repair provider - Bradian logistics solution Faults - Device not switching on (Power/Charging/Battery)
My phone had a paper scratch on the right bottom of the screen but this was not the fault for which I sent it back to the store. I went back to the store sometime in January 2021 to check if the phone is back and fixed. Indeed the phone was back but not fixed and there were new cracks on the device that the teller couldn't explain. The teller told me the phone was rejected with no information as to why.
I later wrote an email to *** and the gentleman by the name of Isaac called to explain that device was rejected because of screen cracks. I explained that the phone only had a paper crack and Pep cell need to explain other cracks as to how, when and where they came to be on my device. I also explained that I brought the device with the fault of not charging and switching on not the paper scratch that is on the device, how does the two relate? I can only conclude that the new cracks on my device were created deliberately so they can tell me that my device is rejected.
