Terrible Experience

I was at Pep home Mayfield Square yesterday trying to buy some bowls, I got what I wanted and went to the tills. I stood there looking like a fool with no one trying to help me and mind you were there was a lady who was next to me moping and a guy at the tills they didn't bother helping me, another lady came to the tills and passed as if she ain't seeing me. Out of all the 3 people I'm talking about not even 1 of them cared enough to explain to me why they were not assisting me to pay for my items instead they, I was so ****ed I ended up leaving without the items. That store needs to do better, hire people who really need a job what I saw there yesterday wasn't pleasing. I'm so not happy, please do something about this. We're customers and we should be your number 1 priority. Coming to your store doesn't mean we're bored or we have nothing to do at home but we are also busy and tired but that doesn't mean you have to be rude to someone. They wouldn't do this if it was a white person they just don't take us serious. I'm so angry!! Do something about this.
