TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They customer service is terrible, Saturday i was in Pep store Belleville and i bought my son school sport shoes white .when i arrived at home the shoes does not feet him i went after work to PEP STORE CAVENDISH to exchange i lost the slip but the shoes still have price tag ,they refuse to exchange as they aid the shoes look like they were weaned i told them i bought the school as it was like that .I'M SOOOOOOO DISAPOINTED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They told me to go to Belleville and i told them that i was passing by i can't go there my son have Graduation tomorrow after work .IM SOOO ANGRY I REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT IS MY SON GOING TO WEAR TOMORROW ON HIS GRADUATION.
