Terrible Customer Experience

I went into store, spoke to one of the store assistants, asked if they had stock of the DStv Explora of which they didn't have a couple of weeks ago. The assistant advised me that they had stock and that it is still the same price. I stood in queue but it scanned an incorrect price then what I saw on shelf. I asked for the product at the price that is on the shelf as a store assistant had advised but manager by the name Grace, refused to give me at that price. I am very upset and will tell everybody I know how inconsistent PEP stores are, I still want the product at that price I have pictures to prove this incident.
