Terrible customer care

I was just as PEP PTA Bouganville and the service or lack thereof of that place is appalling! There were 3 cashiers on the tills and none of them thought to provide me with a service, instead they chose to have conversations amongst themselves and one even left an empty till stand to go assist the next cashier to pack items for her customer instead of helping me with my purchase! I ended up leaving the store without buying what I went to get because of the unprofessionalism of your employees!

Is this the kind of service PEP stores give to their customers? I was beyond appalled by those cashiers attitude towards a paying customer! They give little to no regard to their clients!

Do better with your staff and teach them good customer care because should this continue, you will lose customers like I left the store today.
