Terrible client service Ceres Pep

My daugter got a few pieces of clothing for her birthday, some of the items was a size too small. Pick n pay clothing as well as ackermans assisted me to exhange the clothing witjout a slip to a bigger size, when I got to pep the Supervisor told me that if i did not want the items i should sell them and that she cant help me. I was utterly disgusted with the client service. This was in Ceres.
