Terrible cellphone

<p>On the 24th of November I bought a Cell C pearl phone from the branch in Centurion lifestyle. After the second day, the battery completely discharged by itself while I charged it. I immediately took it back to try and stay within the 7 day period. The manager put the phone on charge and said there is nothing wrong, as the phone charges. I wanted a refund, as I knew there was something wrong, but he insisted I try it for a few more days. The phone battery does not even last a day. Because of work, teh seven day period expired yesterday. I was bul**** by you manager into not exercising my rights to a refund. </p>
