Terrible attitude from a Pep store manager

I bought a phone yesterday which had a speaker problem. On my return to the store I spoke to the lady who sold me the phone and explained to her my problem. She then called her manager by the name of Mapule who then gave me hell when I asked them to exchange the phone. Her attitude was bad, not expected of a manager.
