TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOT INCLUDED ON THE ADVERT

DOBSONVILLE-I could not benefit from the school shoes deal (fnb)because of the size of the shoe"the system will reject the voucher"she said. when we requested the manager(Mthobisi Sithole-acting Operation manager) as this term was not part of the advert, an inhouse policy was printed for us. when we requested for the head office number, we were told that the headoffice does not work on a Sunday. Due to work location i went to KERK JHC-CBD*****. No hustles whatsoever ,the transaction went through smoothly. its very sad that the some people did not benefit from that great deal because of the location. Please speak one language across all stores and teach staff members that the terms and conditions on the advert are the important ones.
