Tembi mall PEP store staff needs to be thought customer service

Hi I have a problem with PEP store in Tembi Mall, their customer service is bad today my daughter's ears were pinched by a staff member who was accusing her if opening a packet of school shirts, when I went to the store to ask about the incident the lady said she was joking with her, a month ago I went to buy morning shoes the cashier told me to go and look for a pair with a price tag. So today's incident made me angry, u will never again buy in their store, I can't spend my money where there's no respect
