Taking advantage of old people

I am writing to report ********* practices at the Mkhuhlu branch in Mpumalanga that appear to exploit elderly customers, including my mother and her friend. Staff at this branch have been misleading customers into opening accounts under the pretense of earning reward points, then pressuring them to purchase airtime using the issued cards. Subsequently, these individuals are harassed with calls demanding payment for accounts they did not fully understand. They were told the card are similar to the checkers cards for reward’s and discounts.
