Take back you s**** phone and bring back my money

I have bought a phone at pep clothing store in Dobsonville point ext 3 soweto on the 28th of February 2024, I was advised with terms and conditions that if I'm not happy or if the phone isn't working I can return within the period of 7days. The phone doesn't have internet service, no sign of 4G or 3G. When I insert the Sim card on the different device the internet service is working.

When I return the device and explained the issue they are refusing to listen and they even said they won't exchange anything and they were even rude towards me especially the manager. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
