Tablet replaced 3 times still not working

I bought a stylo tablet in August 2023 at pep cell in diepkloof square the phone stopped working in December same year it would not charge or switch on I took it back in Jan a week later it was replaced the replaced phone worked for a day it stopped working again with the same problem I took it back the next day and again a week later I was given another phone so this past week the phone stopped working again with the same issue only this time the warranty is over but pep cell will not repair or assist in any way and the tablet has never functioned properly
