Tablet in for Repairs.

We bought a Mobicell tablet from Pepstores in Springs mall.

We had it no even for a month, then it gave us problems. We return it to the store, they promised 2-3 weeks to be back from repairs.

When we want to collect after 3 weeks. No tablet. The mananger promised to refund us if not received back in 4 weeks.

Today, 4 weeks - Still no tablet.

The service terrible, no feedback and now i must again tell my daughter we haven't received her tablet back.

I was promised my money back and still no Tablet and still no Refund.
