Tablet from Pep cell
I bought a mobicell tablet from pep cell in Randfontein in July 2017. This didn't last for 2 months. I took it back and they said they will send it for repairs. Now 7 weeks later I still have neither the tablet or a new one nor a refund. Every time I follow up, the phone is with either mtn or mobicell Still no answers . Do not know what to do.
