TABLET COMPLAINT

<p>Good day</p> <p>My name is Gaisang , I bought A Cherry Mobicell tablet at PEP for R899 in 29 January and on the 25th of April I took it for repairs as it doesnt switch on. Pep promise me it will only take a month to have my phone back but as today I haven't received the tablet back.</p> <p>The tablet was damaged in two months and now its taking forever for me to have it back . when I call Pep to enquire about when I will get the tablet their response is they will follow it up and get back to me and they never did. i was given a number for MTN repairs they also not answering.</p> <p>All i want is Pep to refund me as i dont trust their phones anymore and their service is very poor.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p>Miss Choene</p>
