SULKY Service received from PEP Store Palm Springs- Stretford

A very sulky service received from their cashiers at the Palm Springs Store in Stretford today. I was there for shoes exchange and they were hesitant at first as they wanted me to go back home to wipe the shoes returned saying they were dirty!!! I explained to them that they were never worn but only fit and they gave a drag attitude. It was like they did me a huge favour for accepting them. The cashier's name was: Nomvula, I told her I'm going to name and shame and when I left the teller already they discussed me with the supervisor that I'm cheeky or rather as having problems. Pep store's in the Townships lack service, they're staff lack training and they are of the impression we as customers are on their mercies of service, hence platforms like these helps not other customers but business too.
