Such rude customer service

Good Day. I’d like to lay a complaint about the service I recieved at Pep Diepkloof Square today. I was serviced by a lady named Kerena who was quite rude & honestly quite disrespectful. I was disappointed at the fact that upon asking her why she didn’t greet she asked me why I was not the one greeting her as if I’m the one servicing clients at the store. This is very disappointing and I will probably never use this store again.
