Stylo phones from pep not working

I bought a phone at pep Alberton city on the 5th august 2021, which is the second stylo I bought at pep the first one was bought on the 4th of June 2021 both phones have stopped working in September. When I charge the battery percentage wont go up its stays on 0% the whole time on both phones. The sad part is that I went to the nearest pep at Jabulani mall and I was told that I cant return the phones because its now more than 30days I am not happy with Pep because clearly I have wasted my money and now I must keep useless phones this is totally unfair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
