Stupid warranty regulations

On 16/10/2021 I bought a Nokia C20 phone, I tried to insert my sim cards but it couldn't read it. Likely I was still around and went to the PEP store and they determined that the phone had a problem and exchanged it for me. After some few days or so I noticed that the new phone battery goes down quickly as I would literally charge the phone for more than 4/5 hours without getting full and after removing it on charge it goes down every minute. The screen ink fades inside by the corner.

I went to Durban kwaDumisa the following week for a cleansing ceremony and stayed there for a couple of days then decided to take the phone in when I came back from Durban. Unfortunately, they are busy telling me about the 7-day warranty that has passed but however, they can book the phone for a repair. The assistant is busy telling me that I was supposed to go to the nearest PEP store within seven days and return the phone, which PEP is situated in kwaDumisa again? Pep is far and worse of all I had no receipt with me and I was busy with important stuff and preparations.

This phone can't even play a TikTok video without exiting the site on its own. I swear this might be a used phone, too many problems and they have the audacity to tell me that I have to book it for repair. I brand new phone!
