Stuck with a dead phone

i bought the tablet phone at PEP Brammfontein 25 March 2023 i went to eastern cape following i could see that the phone is slow i went to PEP Qumbu to report or exchange the phone they told me they dont take phones that are damaged because its a loss on their side now i came back yesterday the 2nd late today i went to Rosebank mall they told me the same issue i work closer to Rosebank by the time i pass Braamfontein to home after work the Pep Braamfontein is closed now im stuck with a dead phone please advise also i thought PEP is one thing my contact number is ***
