store staff needs to be delt with

Hi I am very very upset with the service I got at pep store in raisethorpe.I went with my sister-in-law to exchange an item as she was busy at the till I was just browsing after she was done as we were about to leave I can't remember the lady at the doors name but she stopped me and asked to search my bag I had opened my bag for her and there after asked her do you think I came to *****?she then answered I am checking all bags but she only cheked mine,really pathetic service
