Store not opening in time

I went to pep in Murchison mall by 7:55 I waited for 8:00 to open They never opened at 8 I waited till 8:23 store was still not opened However their trading hours outside written they open 8. There was no even a note informing customers why is there delay in open times Nothing. They don’t respect and value customers

I had to go to Ackermans to buy due to poor customer care at Pep
