Store manager

I went to the store today and bought 2 items was assisted by Tebogo the cashier, after I paid she asked me to put my items in my bag. How could I as it was a sling back and she told me that they don't have plastics, I asked for the manager. I asked her if it's fair for me to walk out the mall holding items like that and she said there's nothing she can do as there are no plastics. I told her I'll log a complaint and she gave me attitude and said it will only be her pleasure so I must go ahead and log that complaint. Is this really an attitude one must get from a whole store manager and I can only imagine the attitude of the staff hence the bad service rendered at the store. So hurt and disappointed by pep stores managerial skills.
