Store code locate paxi

Well this partnership between PEP and paxi needs some redoing, while trying to send my package today at the lakeside mall pep next to game store, I was told I won't be assisted because I didn't know the store code for the parcel destination, I asked the cashier to assist me on finding the code cause I didn't have data she told me straight on she can't assist me with that, poor service rendered as this is just a simple thing and customers are being turned away cause of such minor thing, u ended up using my own days to locate the store number which is solely a cost to me as well fix this with paxi, bad horrible service the was no sorry from the cashier whatsoever.
