****** purse at PEP Store

My mom went to PEP Store Protea Glen mall on Monday, whilst doing her shopping she was pick pocketed and her purse was gone. After a few minutes one of the employees went to the stock room and came out waving a purse on the air asking who it was. Immediately my mom realised that it's her purse, however R1450 that was inside the purse was missing, immidietly she requested footage she was then told by the mananger on duty that the is no cameras in the store. She then requested the security should just close the door in order for them to search everyone who was inside,the was still no luck instead she was sent to center security for an incident that happened inside the shop. On her return she explained what had happened and I took it upon myself to contact the powers above which would be your store controller and your regional mananger seeking for solution to the matter since well we are being told that they don't have footage, unfortunately I had no luck in getting a solution from both of them. So clearly PEP Store doesn't want to account for what happened inside their store. I am currently seeking advice as to who do i go to in order for my mom to get her money back.
