****** phone at PEP Canal Walk

I want to lodge a complaint against pep canal walk Cape Town. On the 18th June 2022, my iphone xs got ****** at pep assuming by the cashier. I left my device on the till and by the time I realized I left my phone about 5 minutes passed. I went back to the shop and asked the cashier as well as the manager. They blamed the customer that was helped after me who was still at the store when I got back, the guy allowed me to search him and he didn't take it. When I asked if I can see the cameras, Their response was that there's no cameras in the store and it's not their problem, unfortunately I fail to believe that there's no cameras in a big store like pep. When I asked the cashier that helped me she proceeded to get the most horrible attitude towards me which makes me believe that she did take it. I called the phone and a woman picked up too.

I am disgusted by the lack of customer service at this specific store and unfortunately I am going to take it further (legal action) and I will be posting on hello Peter.
