First time using their PAXI service and definitely last time as well. My mom tried to send some clothes to her grands kids from PEP Potchefstroom to PEP Birchleigh North, it was collected from point of origin but never made it to the selected destination. Things don't just go missing or get lost, it's clear they were ******. Next time you want to use their service just remember your parcel might get ******, sorry I meant to say get lost.
