It's very annoying to send someone money through pep store and the person on the other side tells you they say the money has been withdrawn. This is the second time this is happening in my family. First my mom sent someone money and the recipient never received the money. Today it's my sister sending my other sister money through same pep Store, my sister is told the money has been withdrawn and when she asks at Durban pep she is told the person who should enquire is the one who deposited money. I thought this was a secured enough by the pin, Cleary not. It's the last time we useng Pep to send money. We are done. R1000 lost just like that on two occasions. With cameras and reference numbers I believe the person who did this can be tracked unless no one takes the matter seriously.
