My gf sent money via pep money, she sent the money from cape Town stellenbosch pep store, but the recipient for the money was in willowvale eastern cape. When the recipient went to pep store there to get the money, they told her the money was withdrawan at an absa atm. We contacted pep customer care until today no explanation was give they said they will investigate until now. That was December 2019
