Stinking Service pep Ulundi

Pep Ulundi Senzangakhona Shopping Centre, the lady was unwilling to help at all with attitude when I was attempting to send a parcel to another pep in Krugersdorp, unsatisfactory incident as follows: 1. She asked for a store number to send to and showed her a message on my phone with a store number then she said there is no number there i should go and come back with it but inre read the text and asked her again then what was the number on the phone text upon which she only then said ok its there with no apology whatsoever. 2. Asked for my ID I gave her my drivers license upon which she said with attitude they require ID and my response is its in another town and been using the drivers license everywhere else where ID would be need is there a way could be assisted. She said no and moved on and that's when asked for someone who might help say manager, she called her bit never directed her to me and told me to chase her around the shop to explain my situation. I was totally not pleased with that and asked her i am at the till would expect nothing less than manager approach me and finally she did told her the issue and she helped easily , 3. Upon packing my parcel the till Lady directed me to wrap my parcel upon told her am not working for spar do not even know how the plastics used asked her to do it for me upon which they then ganged up on me calling another friend at the till both directing attitudes towards me, upon told them this would report, and they laughed and said go ahead and they be waiting . now lot of people deserving people need such jobs, I would like this address asap, and I will keep following up on it.
