stinking attitude from pep Elspark staff members

on Sunday morning I went to Pep store in Elspark. the trading hours is 9am on Sunday. I arrived there at 8:40 and waited outside the door. only at 9:10am the staff members arrived. they opened the door and locked themselves in, because I am a person and understand that they had just arrived I waited for them to do their things thereafter I expected that they will open for us, but to my surprise they never did. about 6 customers who came decided to go to other pep stores because they did not understand why the store was not opening. whilst waiting because it was already 9:35am and they still failed to open, in looked through the window to see what was happening, the three ladies that were at the till point started shouting at me and throwing their hands at me, I got angry because firstly they were late and the least they could do is come to the door explain to us that we are logging in or having issues with the system we will open shortly, not throw hands and shout at us, when they decided to open at about 9:45 I went straight to them and told them that I don't appreciate how they communicated with me at the door because they should have spoken properly, they all looked at me and said nothing, to show that they don't care, if they realised that they were wrong, they should have apologised and it would have ended there. this is not acceptable I also work with people and know how I should be treated, I was going to use my money there and not their, my time was taken for nothing because the way I was so angry I couldn't even shop I just left. its not the first complaint I have heard from people around the complex about the attitude of these ladies but I never thought it would happen to me. firstly that is a busy complex for them to arrive late and saying nothing it is unprofessional. we can not beg for good services, we all not that treating the customer fairly is key. I am very disappointed in all of them because no one even tried to show that they can better service clients. why would I want to go buy there anymore.
