Stinking attitude

The customer service at that store is very disappointing.i recently bought a phone from them and within 7days the phone started acting up not working,i took the phone back to them as the receipt stated that they can replace if its within 7days of purchase.i tell you the humiliation i got from the manager mark claiming that he will not replace it because i put it inside water,i had told him time without numbers that its factory fault because it started overheating, the arrogamce of that guy is so disappointng.I asked to call his area manager he refused to call,i then asked him to call customer care he also refused.i finally called customer care which i explain to the lady and she asked to speak to mark,he refused and asked to speak to one of the employees which they also refused.he then said that his manger said he should not give refund or another phone without hearing my side of the story.the question is why would i drive all the way using petrol and waiting my time if physically damaged the phone.i was treated like a fool in that store.
