Still waiting on Phone

So disappointed at PEP Matatiele and Foneyam. My niece hasn’t had a phone since February, when the one she had stopped working, she took it to PEP when she was told that it will be ready by 21 March as they are taking it to repair at Samsung Pretoria. She later went to ask if it’s possible for the phone to be sent to the nearest PEP as she was moving to Pretoria they said no. A cousin was asked for go and fetch it on the 24 and she was told to wait another 6 week. And the Phone was paid for the month.
