Still no help from Pep stores Grassy park

Pep stores Grassy Park still dont respond to our concerns regardin the useles Mobicel berry phones. The 7 days for refund as per the reciept has even past with no assistance and we stuck with these that are very poor and not effective. All we requested was an upgrade and was even willing to top up so that i get a better brand but no luck. Very disapointed
