If you're looking to buy shoes, especially for children where shoes need to be tried on to ensure you buy a pair that fits your child, steer clear of any of the Pepkor stores! Customers aren't allowed to try shoes on in store due to covid-19, but you're allowed to buy the shoes, if they don't fit, you may return to the store and exchange them, and you may do this, driving back and forth from store to home to store, changing shoes until you find a pair that fits, but you may not try them on in store. Do yourselves a favour and rather visit an alternative store like Mr Price Sport who actually value their customers and service, and are actually intelligent enough to grasp the concept that covid-19 is not spread through feet with socks on them! That schlepping back and forth from home to shop to home more conducive to spreading the virus.
