<p>This morning I received a phone call from one of our local PEP stores, a purchase, from a different store, had been left in the changing rooms about a week ago. The staff at the store had found the parcel, kept it, found out who it belonged to and then contacted me, this morning, to let me know that they had the parcel. I was so impressed by this, that they went out of their way to find who the parcel had belonged to. </p> <p> </p> <p>CONGRATULATIONS this is wonderful customer service from yourselves.</p>
