Standard Bank instant money transfer

I'm so disappointed with the service i got at PEP isipingo branch. I went there on the 10th April 2021 to do money transfer of R720 around 8:17am. I then sent my relative the numbers together with a pin around 11am. When she attempted to withdraw it at UMnyandu mall at PEP it failed we then thought it might be the system, she went back to PEP the following day whereby she was told there is no money it might happen that the pin has expired she must tell the sender to resend it again and she notified me about that then on Monday I went back to PEP where I had made the transaction I was told there is no money to resend or withdraw I must call the number on the slip, I went home and called the number to my surprise the money was withdrawn few minutes after it was sent. The lady said it was withdrawn around 8:30am at Isipingo branch i decided to go back to PEP the following day whereby I found the guy who was helping me with the transaction he was so rude and even laughing at me he was not helping at all such that I decided to open a case. I got the case number but even today there is no progress on my case.
