staff very rude

I went to a pep store in Brits wanting to pay my dstv subscription,I got to the shop just after 5 o'clock. The door was still open so I assumed that the store was still open.i found the attitude of the staff there very disturbing. They basically told me that they want to go home,like I am waiting their time. Then another lady started yelling at her colleague because he didn't check that the door is closed.i ended up not paying my dstv subscription as they told me that their systems are offline.i understand that systems can sometimes go offline, what I did not like is the way they talked and acted around me.
