STAFF MEMBER TRAINED TO GIVE RUDE SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS CLEARLY......

Pep Home at Cradlestone Mall shocked me. Firstly i was treated like a ***** for going straight to the tills to exchange an item i bought and didnt have the slip meanwhile i explained to the a staff member there a week before that i want to laybye an iten but im going to want to exchange it with the item i didnt have a slip for.The staff member that was assisting me was very disrespectful. What happened to customer services these days and being humble and respectful or service people are now trained to be rude and to careless?
