Staff loves screaming at customers (well played Bertha at Pep Mayville Mall Pretoria)

Cashier working at Pep Mayville Mall Pretoria named Bertha has a really **** attitude upon her. Her face tells me she shouldn't be employed in client service and she screamed at me when I told her politely that I don't like the way she talks to me. No store manager anywhere in sight to rectify the situation. She tells me straight up she cannot assist if I don't have my id to withdraw mwallet from Standard Bank, even when I produced my driver's license witch clearly states my identity she shrugged her shoulders. Very innocently she claimed she only told me I need my id, nevermind the way she screamed at me in front of clients and Co workers when I said I don't like her attitude. It's not what she said, it's the tone of her voice that's ****ing me off (the way she said it.) Your shop's staff is pathetic. And the mall security as well, watching me as if he's thinking I'm about to commit theft. ***... I have been shopping there for about a year, if I wanted to take something I would of done so on the 1st time. They won't be seeing me anytime soon!
