Staff in urgent need of training, unacceptable behaviour

My mom went to PepHome at Lambton Gardens shopping centre on 10.04.2025. Firstly she was not greeted when she greeted the person in the store (need some serious training on this). But the cherry on the cake was when my mom was told to leave her handbag at the till point. Where does the staff come off telling their customers to leave their handbags at the till points? Needless to say, the staff at this particular store needs urgent training on how to deal with the public.
