I've been to the PEP at Shallcross Ridge, for the first time, to post a package. The lady, at the till, was very unfriendly and made it seem like she was doing me this huge favor. Clearly she didn't know her job cos I had to wait for the manager to come assist me. The manager had to wait for another cashier to assist her.
