staff attitude and bad service

today I walk to pep store to change slippers because of the small size I was assisted by nomfundo who had attitude she was very rude while assisting me its like she was doing me a favour while it's her job to assist me I have never received such a cold service since I have started shopping at pep I dont see myself going there anymore
