Staff at PEP Tambotie Mall are rude.

Pep paxi is a great service, however, the lady who helped us was extremely rude and impatient, my mom received an urgent call regarding a flight booking, and Lerato (lady who helped us with sending a package) was very rude, basically telling me to tell my mom to end the call and call whoever she was on the phone with back, my mom wasn't even on the call for 3 minutes, can't believe how rude, we might just never use pep paxi services again.
