Staff are misinformed

In December 2014 I purchased a Samsung Pocket Neo for my son and I was told by the salesperson that we would receive free 100MB data every month for 12 months as part of their promotion of the particular phone. We received data only for 6 months and when I called MTN the operator advised me that for such promotions the longest number of months to get promotional data are 6 months. PEP should advise their staff to not give false information.<br> <br>
