Staff allow customers to jump the queue @ till

On the afternoon of 14 August 2015 I was in the queue to pay for a purchase at the Cullinan Pep Stores. A till operator allowed another customer to push in front of everyone else. When I queried this I was told the customer was returning goods. This proved to be false as the customer took out money and paid for the purchase. When it was my turn to be served at another till point the cashier was rude. I complained to the manageress and walked out of the store. This is not the first time I have encountered rudeness from this branch and in particular from a lady called Olga. It is not a pleasure to shop at that branch and I usually go to other branches where I am treated in a friendly professional manner.
