Speechless

I was appalled by the attitude of the staff at Moutse Mall. I had to knock on the window to remind them that it was time to open the door. They just looked at me. They were laughing and eating biscuits while customer were waiting outside. They opened at 9:15 instead of 9:00. When we enter the store they demand that we leave our handbags by the cashiers on the the floor. If any of my personal items go missing in my bag will they take responsibility. I doubt.
