Someone must be kept accountable for my missing item...that is my business I sell perfume for a living...pep is hiring *******

Iam a so ****ed and disappointed...so on the 19th of June 2023 I went to pep cell At philliph Junxion mall to send a package using paxi...inside the package there were 2 Arthur Ford perfumes and two lotions...on the 26th of June 2023 I received a call from the person whom the package was for and she said she only received one perfume and one lotion I went back to pep cell philliph juxion and the manager there was no help I was then told that there's nothing that can be done what baffles me the most is that when the package arrived at Cala pep cell it was still sealed meaning whoever took the perfumes she/he did it here in cape town still I ask to see the cctv footage but they did not allow me to as they said there's is nothing they can do....how do I solve this??
